Refund policy

Dahlia tubers available for purchase are shown as 'In stock' when eyes are visible and I am satisfied they are viable tubers. All dahlia tubers available for sale on this website are grown at our flower farm in Berrima, NSW. will be updated as We take great pride in providing quality tubers and know how important healthy stock is to all growers.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you experience any issue when your tuber(s) arrives, please contact us immediately (within 1 week of receiving) to find out how we can support you.

When your tubers arrives:

  1. Open your package and inspect your tubers for any damage.
  2. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately at kirrilee@greenhillsflowerfarm.com.au and before planting. Include photos so we can assess the tuber.
  3. We'll contact you asap to arrange a replacement, alternative tuber, or a refund.

As all environments are different, we do not take any responsibility for how the tubers are stored, or how they grow, after you have received them. If you are storing your tubers, keep an eye on them to make sure they remain healthy and in suitable conditions. If planting, only do so once you are sure the last frost in your area has passed.
